【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsformaterial,design,manufacturing,testinganddocumentationforstationarypressurevesselsintendedforuseinrefrigeratingsystemsandheatpumps.ThesesystemsarereferencedinthisstandardasrefrigeratingsystemsasdefinedinEN378-1.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestovesselsincludingweldedorbrazedattachmentsuptoandincludingthenozzleflanges,screwed,weldedorbrazedconnectorsortotheedgetobeweldedorbrazedatthefirstcircumferentialjointconnectingpipingorotherelements.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestopressurevesselswithaninternalpressuredownto–1bar,toaccountfortheevacuationofthevesselpriortochargingwithrefrigerant.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoboththemechanicalloadingconditionsandthermalconditionsasdefinedinEN13445-3associatedwithrefrigeratingsystems.ItappliestopressurevesselssubjecttothemaximumallowabletemperaturesforwhichnominaldesignstressesformaterialsarederivedusingEN13445-2andEN13445-3orasspecifiedinthisstandard.Inadditionvesselsdesignedtothisstandardshouldhaveamaximumdesigntemperaturenotexceeding200°Candamaximumdesignpressurenotexceeding64bars.Outsideoftheselimits,itisimportantthatEN13445beusedforthedesign,constructionandinspectionofthevessel.Underthesecircumstancesitisimportantthattheuniquenatureofrefrigeratingplant,asindicatedintheintroductiontothisstandard,alsobetakenintoaccount.ItisimportantthatpressurevesselsusedinrefrigeratingsystemsandheatpumpsofcategorylessthanIIasdefinedinAnnexHcomplywithotherrelevantclausesofEN378-2forvessels.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestopressurevesselswherethemainpressurebearingpartsaremanufacturedfrommetallicductilematerialsasdefinedinClause4andAnnexIofthisstandard.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytovesselsofthefollowingtypes:—vesselsofrivetedconstruction;—multilayered,autofrettagedorprestressedvessels;—vesselsdirectlyheatedbyaflame;—?rollbond?heatexchangers.
