【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000isconcernedwithconducteddisturbancesinthefrequencyrangefrom0kHzto9kHz.Itgivesnumericalcompatibilitylevelsforindustrialandnon-publicpowerdistributionsystemsatnominalvoltagesupto35kVandanominalfrequencyof50Hzor60Hz.Powersupplysystemsonships,aircraft,offshoreplatformsandrailwaysarenotincluded.Thecompatibilitylevelsspecifiedinthisstandardapplyatthein-plantpointofcoupling.Atthepowerinputterminalsofequipmentreceivingitssupplyfromtheabovesystems,theseveritylevelsofthedisturbancescan,forthemostpart,betakentobethesameasthelevelsatthein-plantpointofcoupling.Insomesituationsthisisnotso,particularlyinthecaseofalongfeederdedicatedtothesupplyofaparticularload,orinthecaseofadisturbancegeneratedoramplifiedwithintheinstallationofwhichtheequipmentformsapart.Compatibilitylevelsarespecifiedforelectromagneticdisturbancesofthetypeswhichcanbeexpectedatanyin-plantpointofcoupling(IPC)withinindustrialplantsorothernon-publicnetworks,forguidanceina)limitstobesetfordisturbanceemissionintoindustrialpowersupplysystems(includingtheplanninglevelsdefinedin3.1.5);NOTE1Averywiderangeofconditionsispossibleintheelectromagneticenvironmentsofindustrialandothernon-publicnetworks.TheseareapproximatedinthisstandardbythethreeclassesdescribedinClause4.However,itistheresponsibilityoftheoperatorofsuchanetworktotakeaccountoftheparticularelectromagneticandeconomicconditions,includingequipmentcharacteristics,insettingtheabove-mentionedlimits.b)thechoiceofimmunitylevelsfortheequipmentwithinthesesystems.Thedisturbancephenomenaconsideredare:–voltagedeviations;–voltagedipsandshortinterruptions;–voltageunbalance;–power-frequencyvariations;–harmonicsuptoorder50;–interharmonicsuptothe50thharmonic;–voltagecomponentsathigherfrequencies(above50thharmonic);–d.c.component;–transientovervoltages.Thecompatibilitylevelsaregivenfordifferentclassesoftheelectromagneticenvironmentdeterminedbythecharacteristicsofthesupplynetwork.
