【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000forEMCemissionrequirementsappliestoelectricalandelectronicapparatusintendedforuseinresidential,commercialandlight-industrialenvironments.Emissionrequirementsinthefrequencyrange0Hzto400GHzarecovered.Nomeasurementneedstobeperformedatfrequencieswherenorequirementisspecified.ThisgenericEMCemissionstandardisapplicableifnorelevantdedicatedproductorproductfamilyEMCemissionstandardexists.Thisstandardappliestoapparatusintendedtobedirectlyconnectedtoalow-voltagepublicmainsnetworkorconnectedtoadedicatedDCsource,whichisintendedtointerfacebetweentheapparatusandthelow-voltagepublicmainsnetwork.Thisstandardappliesalsotoapparatuswhichisbatteryoperatedorispoweredbyanon-public,butnon-industrial,lowvoltagepowerdistributionsystemifthisapparatusisintendedtobeusedinthelocationsdescribedbelow.Theenvironmentsencompassedbythisstandardareresidential,commercialandlightindustriallocations,bothindoorandoutdoor.Thefollowinglist,althoughnotcomprehensive,givesanindicationoflocationsthatareincluded:–residentialproperties,forexamplehouses,apartments;–retailoutlets,forexampleshops,supermarkets;–businesspremises,forexampleoffices,banks;–areasofpublicentertainment,forexamplecinemas,publicbars,dancehalls;–outdoorlocations,forexamplepetrolstations,carparks,amusementandsportscentres;–light-industriallocations,forexampleworkshops,laboratories,servicecentres.Locationsthatarecharacterisedbybeingsupplieddirectlyatlowvoltagefromthepublicmainsnetworkareconsideredtoberesidential,commercialorlight-industrial.Theobjectofthisstandardistodefinetheemissiontestrequirementsforapparatusdefinedinthescopeinrelationtocontinuousandtransient,conductedandradiateddisturbances.Theemissionrequirementshavebeenselectedsoastoensurethatdisturbancesgeneratedbyapparatusoperatingnormallyinresidential,commercialandlight-industriallocationsdonotexceedalevelwhichcouldpreventotherapparatusfromoperatingasintended.Faultconditionsofapparatusarenottakenintoaccount.Notalldisturbancephenomenahavebeenincludedfortestingpurposesinthisstandardbutonlythoseconsideredasrelevantfortheequipmentcoveredbythisstandard.Theserequirementsrepresentessentialelectromagneticcompatibilityemissionrequirements.Requirementsarespecifiedforeachportconsidered.
