【摘要】:ThisCodeprovidestestprocedurestodeterminethethermodynamicperformanceofanaxialorcentrifugalcompressororexhausterdoingworkonagasofknownormeasurablepropertiesunderspecifiedconditions.ThisCodeiswrittentoprovideexplicittestprocedureswhichwillyieldthehighestlevelofaccuracyconsistentwiththebestengineeringknowledgeandpracticecurrentlyavailable.Nonetheless,nosingleuniversalvalueoftheuncertaintyis,orshouldbe,expectedtoapplytoeverytest.TheuncertaintyassociatedwithanyindividualPTC10testwilldependuponpracticalchoicesmadeintermsofinstrumentationandmethodology.Rulesareprovidedtoestimatetheuncertaintyforindividualtests.ThescopeofthisCodeincludesinstructionsontestarrangementandinstrumentation,testprocedure,andmethodsforevaluationandreportingoffinalresults.Rulesareprovidedforestablishingthefollowingquantities,correctedasnecessarytorepresentexpectedperformanceunderspecifiedoperatingconditionswiththespecifiedgas:(a)quantityofgasdelivered,(b)pressureriseproduced,(c)head,(d)shaftpowerrequired,(e)efficiency,(f)surgepoint,(g)chokepoint.Otherthanprovidingmethodsforcalculatingmechanicalpowerlosses,thisCodedoesnotcoverrotordynamicsorothermechanicalperformanceparameters.ThisCodeisdesignedtoallowthetestingofsingleormultiplecasingaxialorcentrifugalcompressorsorcombinationsthereof,withoneormorestagesofcompressionpercasing.Proceduresarealsoincludedforexternallypipedintercoolersandforcompressorswithinterstagesideloadinletsoroutlets.Internallycooledcompressorsareincludedprovidedthattestconditionsareheldnearlyidenticaltospecifiedconditions.
