【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversthecompositionandthephysicalpropertiesofspray-appliedmineralfiberthermalandsoundabsorbinginsulation.1.2Thesemineralfibersshallbepneumaticallyconveyedtoaspraynozzlewheretheyaremixedwithwater.Thesemineralfibersshallhaveabindereitherpre-mixedwiththefibersoraddedatthespraynozzlewiththewater.1.3Thespray-appliedmineralfiberinsulationisintendedforuseinbuildingconstructionsatambientconditions.1.4Thisisamaterialspecificationonlyandisnotintendedtocovermethodsofapplicationthataresuppliedbythemanufacturer.1.5Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
