本标准规定了输油输气管道线路工程检验批、分项工程验收的质量标准、内容、程序及施工现场质量管理和质量控制规定。
本标准适用于新建或改、扩建的陆地长距离输送石油、天然气管道、煤气管道、成品油管道线路工程施工质量的验收。
本标准不适用于输油、输气场站内的工艺管道、油气田集输管道、城市燃气输配管网、工业企业内部油气管道施工质量的验收。
投入运行的油气管道改造、大修工程施工质量的验收可参照本标准执行。
